MY FAMILY:

I live with my grandmom, my mom and my siblings. My grandmom’s name is Yanedis, my mom’s name is Karina, and my siblings are Isaac and Jesus. To support my family my mom works doing different tasks when work comes up such as fishing, cut wood, or selling handcfrafts.

MY HOME & COMMUNITY:

Our house has three bedrooms and one bathroom. It is located in “Ceibal,” a small community located in Bolivar, Colombia. It is made of concrete and has metal sheets as a roof. We have electricity, but there it is not stable. We do not have drinking water,  we have to collect it in containers to use it for cooking, bathing, and drinking. The weather is hot and the streets are unpaved.
